♡Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. If you choose to pay for tracking, you will receive an email with your tracking information once it has shipped. Tracking emails may take up to 3 business days to go through.

♡We are unable to modify or cancel your order once it has been placed and handed over to a third-party carrier for shipping. As such, please make sure all information is correct before completing your order.

♡If an order is sent back to us for any reason at all, such as an incorrect address, border refusal, refusal to pay duties/tariff fees, etc, the order will be cancelled and subject to a 15% restocking fee. Additionally, any original shipping fees will not be refunded.

♡ We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Lost, stolen, or damaged packages can only be filed for claims through the postal service if you chose tracked shipping. If you did not choose tracked shipping at checkout, we are unable to file a claim with the postal service and therefore cannot help - These circumstances are out of our control.
