Shipping policy

  • Shipping will be calculated at checkout where customers will have the option to pay for tracked shipping. If you choose to pay for tracking, you will receive an email with your tracking information once it has shipped. Tracking emails may take up to 3 business days to go through. 
  • If you place an order and need to make any changes or would like to cancel it let us know immediately at info@oceannathelabel.com. If your order has not yet been shipped we can hopefully make the accommodations you're looking for. 
  • Duties/imports/custom fees may be applied to international orders based on the countries’ respective import regulations. This cannot be calculated at checkout and is out of Oceanna The Label’s control. Customers are responsible to pay for any duty/import/customs fees. If the customer refuses to pay said fees in order to receive their package thereby rejecting their parcel, they will not be refunded. 
  • After shipping the package Oceanna The Label is no longer responsible for the items. Oceanna The Label is not liable for any lost or stolen packages. If there are concerns regarding the package after shipment please reach out to the courier service (i.e. Canada Post, USPS, etc) that was chosen at checkout.
